TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME DOMESTICALLY:
Handling time is 1-2 Business Days Monday to Friday
Transit time is 3-9 Business Days Monday to Friday.
Order cut-off time will be 5 Pm Time Zone- (GMT-05:00) Eastern Time (US & Canada)
Processing
The processing time begins from the date you place your order It usually takes 1-2 business days to process your order. Once we've processed it, we can then ship it.

Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
- All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from real-world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.
- Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
- What will happen if I refuse to accept my delivery? If the order is returned to us, once we have received it, we will refund 50% of your payment to you.
- Please take attention that APO/FPO & PO Boxes are not accepted for Express Shipping.
- Incorrect address details, customs clearance procedures, and other issues may cause a delay in delivery.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive an e-mail notifying you once your order has shipped. The email will include a unique parcel tracking number. The status of your order can be reviewed by logging into kozyfashion.com "My Account". Click on “My Order “to review your order status and/or obtain a tracking number.
It can take a few days following order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information is not available please try again later. Please rest assured that the estimated shipping time is valid regardless of the tracking site updates.
Note for taxes
Our customers do not need to pay import fees, duties, or VAT (Valued Additional Tax). However, some limited countries (especially some European countries such as Germany, Italy, the UK, Canada, etc.) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.

We Do Not Charge Any Membership
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at customers@kozyfashion.com or Call Us at +14387640838
MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
We don't offer shipping to multiple addresses for one order. If you'd like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately at customers@kozyfashion.com
WRONG ADDRESS
If you provide the wrong address during checkout and our product is returned to us then you will be responsible for all shipping costs for re-sending the product to customers@kozyfashion.com
DELAYED
However, there are some cases of delay. We will contact you immediately if the order is delayed over 11 business days.
Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find that a package is damaged in transit, please reject the package from the courier if possible and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered without your presence, please contact customer service for the next steps.
